Jobtailor seeks an experienced Inventory Planning Analyst to drive global and regional inventory initiatives, including MEIO, replenishment policies, and SLOB reduction.

You will develop advanced Power BI dashboards and collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights, identify process gaps, and optimize safety stock and lead times for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory planning or analytics in a global organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and visualization).
• Strong Excel and ERP knowledge; SAP preferred.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Experience with MEIO, IBP, and inventory optimization tools preferred.
• Spanish considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support global and regional inventory initiatives.

• Apply advanced segmentation strategies, including lead time variation and safety stock optimization, to enhance supply chain performance.
• Provide inventory management input to strengthen Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and align with global planning strategies.
• Drive initiatives to improve master data quality, KPIs, and inventory management reporting standards.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate across functions to ensure global adoption of best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce ideas to strengthen inventory planning capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in inventory planning, supply chain analytics, or related roles within a global organization
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization
• Strong Excel and ERP systems knowledge; SAP preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Advanced English, written and spoken, required
• Experience with MEIO, IBP, and inventory optimization tools preferred
• Spanish considered a plus
