SHUN XING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a structured and motivated supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and empower frontline teams in our North Brazil region. You will bridge strategic goals with daily execution and take pride in developing others.

You will oversee a team, manage shifts and tasks, monitor KPIs, enforce SOPs and safety, and report wins and challenges to senior management with clarity and timeliness.

Qualificações

About the Role

Supervisor

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead & Mentor: Oversee a team of [Number, e.g., 5–12] employees, handling onboarding, daily coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize Operations: Manage shift schedules, allocate tasks, and troubleshoot daily bottlenecks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Drive Accountability: Monitor team performance metrics (KPIs) and implement constructive feedback or corrective action plans when needed.
• Ensure Compliance: Enforce all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety regulations.
• Report Upward: Act as the primary liaison to senior management, providing regular updates on operational wins and challenges.
