You will set objectives, organize schedules, coach staff, enforce safety, and monitor output against specs. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on machinery experience, and the ability to work long hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Willing to work long hours with potential for weekends/public holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

• Oversee and coach employees.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Check production output against specifications.
