Amazon Brasil is seeking a Staffing Administrator for Workforce Staffing (WFS) to support recruitment and onboarding of associates, including Pre-Hire Appointment execution and Day 1 coordination. You will help manage compliance, tracking systems, and employee records while collaborating with site stakeholders.
You will contribute to process improvements, provide data on temporary and permanent staff, and assist in site projects.

On a day-to-day basis, this position performs activities related to attracting, processing, and following up with candidates applying for Tier 1 positions. A significant portion of time is spent executing Pre-Hire Appointments (PHA), as well as activities related to recruitment events, job fairs, referral activations, informational sessions, follow-up contacts, and prospect conversion, among others.
The Staffing Administrator (SA) reports to and supports the area Manager (WFSM). The WFS Brasil team is part of ABME operations, responsible for high-volume hourly hiring across Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations in Brasil's growing network.
