At Amazon, we are committed to Earth's Best Employer and the Most Customer-Centric Company. To achieve this, we need exceptionally talented and empathetic leaders who are passionate about making every day better for all employees (Builders), and you would play a key role in that journey!
Our HR Partners care deeply about the Builder experience. They proactively listen to Builder sentiment, advocate for their needs, and serve as a critical connector between Builders, managers, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
This is a fully on-site role embedded directly in the Data Centers you support, where you will build relationships on the ground and travel weekly across your assigned cluster to stay connected with Builders at every site.
