Amazon Brazil is seeking a Staffing Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding, and data governance for a high-volume operation. You will coordinate Pre-Hire Appointments, assist with compliance checks, and ensure accurate documentation flow across the fulfillment network.
This role requires fluency in English, experience with HR processes, and strong MS Office skills. You will work closely with site managers to drive process improvements and deliver excellent candidate experiences.

On a day-to-day basis, this position performs activities related to attracting, processing, and following up with candidates applying for Tier 1 positions. A significant portion of time is spent executing Pre-Hire Appointments (PHA), as well as activities related to recruitment events, job fairs, referral activations, informational sessions, follow-up contacts, and prospect conversion, among others.
The Staffing Administrator (SA) reports to and supports the area Manager (WFSM). The WFS Brasil team is part of ABME operations, responsible for high-volume hourly hiring across Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations in Brasil's growing network.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience in confidential environments
Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Bachelor's degree, or BS degree
Experience in human resources management
Experience with customer service
Experience with Microsoft Office products & applications
