The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Candidate Attraction team is looking for a Regional Partnerships Manager. The primary responsibility of the Regional Partnerships Manager is to build relationships and manage communications with community partners across Brazil. Their primary focus is to foster and build relationships with workforce organizations in the community to source candidates for entry-level warehouse role. In addition to their region, they will also support national workforce relationships, while building a network of regionally based partners in specific risk markets. This team facilitates community partner support for local job fairs and drop-in events. Their focus is to activate community partners to achieve a candidate funnel for their assigned risk markets. Regional Partnerships Managers own the development and execution of local workforce development and recruitment strategies in Amazon’s most constrained markets. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this position are tied to increasing the hourly entry-level talent pipeline, removing obstacles faced by local candidates, reducing the need for paid advertising and recruiting space, and meeting Candidate Generation hiring goals.
This role requires the ability to keep composure in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, quickly get up to speed on complex issues, anticipate community partner questions/reactions, and formulate thorough messaging strategies that position Amazon as the local employer of choice.
