Amazon Logistica do Brasil is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide full-cycle HR support to our Operations, driving people initiatives and HR excellence. You will engage with leaders, monitor employee pulse, and deliver development, retention, and reward programs.

The role requires a hands-on, growth-minded HR professional with knowledge of labor law, HRIS, and MS Office, fluent in English, and experience in logistics/operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Knowledge of local labor law required.
• Experience as a human resources generalist.
• Experience with HR theory, functions, performance appraisal, and staff development.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.
• Experience in a logistics/operations environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Role

The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Operations. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
• A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the \"pulse\" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
• Coaching and mentoring at management level
• Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
• Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Knowledge of local labor law
• Experience as a human resource generalist
• Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
• Experience in a logistics/operations environment
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management
• Experience assessing management and executive talent
• Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans
• Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
• Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working across the organization
