Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Engineering.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, and API testing.
• Proficient in Java and Python for automation development.
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing methods.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with JIRA, GitHub, and version control best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective test planning, automation, execution, and continuous quality improvement. In This Role, You Will

• Lead QA activities across multiple projects, including test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and defect management.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts using Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, and API testing tools.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with JIRA, GitHub, and version control best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

• ISTQB CTFL certification.
• Experience building and maintaining custom test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
• Experience with web application, API, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
• Previous experience mentoring or coaching QA professionals.
• Strong focus on quality metrics, continuous improvement, and testing optimization.
