Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Software QA Tester to ensure the quality of applications through functional and non-functional testing. The role emphasizes design of test scenarios, regression and integration testing, and close collaboration with developers and Product Owners in an Agile setup.

The ideal candidate will document tests, evidence, and results, and actively participate in early quality discussions while supporting PwD inclusion.

Qualificações

• Experience or knowledge in software testing.
• Knowledge of designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with task and bug management tools, such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

Responsabilidades

• Execute functional and non-functional testing of applications, ensuring the quality of deliverables
• Design and execute test scenarios and test cases based on requirements and business rules
• Conduct regression, integration, validation, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies found during testing
• Support the analysis of test results and the identification of potential impacts on functionality
• Work closely with developers, Product Owners, and other teams involved in development
• Support the documentation of test scenarios, evidence, and results
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality discussions from the early stages of development
• Track fixes delivered by the development team and perform the necessary retesting
• Continuously contribute to improving the team’s quality processes and practices
