CI&T in Brazil is seeking a Senior QA Automation to join our team. You will enhance software quality through automated testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing test plans for web, mobile, and desktop apps; performing functional, regression, and API testing; building robust automation scripts with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and Pytest; and promoting best QA practices across the SDLC.

Qualificações

• Experience designing and executing test plans for web, mobile, and desktop apps.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and API testing.
• Hands-on automation experience with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Pytest.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Pytest or similar.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Implement best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Continuously improve test processes and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform back-end testing to validate API and server-side components or responses.

As a Senior QA Automation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our software products. Your expertise in automated testing will drive the creation of robust solutions while collaborating with talented cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality applications that meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Pytest or similar.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Implement best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Continuously improve test processes and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
• Exposure to API testing and security testing.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
