Keepit is looking for a SMB Account Executive to join our Sales team and target customers in LATAM
We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to a global audience. As part of our expansion, we have brought in talented sales professionals across the US. Now we are looking for a SMB Account Executive to join our sales team and work with customers and partners in Latam.
As a SMB Account Executive at Keepit, you will play a vital role in our ambitious expansion plans. You will work closely with the Partner and Channel ecosystem and take ownership of the complete sales cycle for small and midsized customers up to 1000 seats: from identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, to facilitating demo-meetings, and ultimately closing deals.
Key Responsibilities as SMB Account Executive:
You will be joining our team in the US and report to our VP of Sales for the Americas, Fahad Qureshi. We expect you to work from within the region, ideally from Saõ Paulo, Brazil, to make it possible for you to meet with our customers and partners.

1) SaaS sales expertise: The candidate we are looking for has a comprehensive understanding of direct sales within the Cloud industry or back up/ infrastructure solutions. The ability to take control of the sales cycle, and work in a structured manner, for example using a sales methodology, will be crucial for success in the role. Competencies in building trustworthy relations, selling to small and midsize companies, and account management will be essential to this position.
2) Collaborative team player: We believe that the key to our success is strong collaboration and working towards shared goals. Therefore, it is important that we work united by a shared commitment to reaching ambitious goals, overcoming challenges, and creating value together. It is crucial that you thrive in being a team player and share ideas and align your efforts with the team.
3) Developing our partner ecosystem: For this role it is crucial to have a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and how to effectively collaborate with VARs in the region to generate business opportunity with the Regional Partner Manager.
4) Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset: We know that taking ownership and making a meaningful impact in our territory is crucial as we work towards ambitious goals. We are seeking someone who embraces new challenges with tenacity and determination, ready to take ownership and create meaningful impact.
5) English language: English is our company language as you will get colleagues around the world and report to the VP of Sales in the US. Therefore, we expect you to be fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is essential for this role.
