Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Customer relationship management, success leadership, customer strategy, and growth;
• IT Service Management;
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; and 2+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or System Administration;
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese;
• University degree or 5 years of relevant experience;
• Aviation Experience: Commercial Management, Air Services Development, or Airline IT Experience;
• Relevant Account Management Experience;
• ITIL Certification and Project Management Certification are considered a plus;
• Proven ability to problem-solve and present solutions to complex business challenges effectively;
• Availability to travel;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and influence all organizational levels;
• Skills in analyzing technical concepts, translating them into business terms, and mapping business requirements into technical features;
• Experience leading multi-functional teams to address customer needs.
