Jobgether, working on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior ServiceNow UI Builder based in Brazil to design and implement modern, responsive UI across the Now Experience Framework. Qualificações

• 8–9 years of total IT experience with 6–7 years in technical leadership and development.
• At least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, focusing on UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, scopes, ACLs, roles, and update sets.
• Proven ability to build modern ServiceNow user experiences using UI Builder and Now Experience technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks; experience with Lit Web Components.
• Hands-on experience with Data Resources, Client State Parameters, Events, and UI Builder components.
• Solid understanding of Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations is required.
• Desirable: experience building or integrating AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and customize applications and modern user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
• Build responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences aligned with requirements.
• Configure UI Builder components, Data Resources, Client State Parameters, events, and Declarative Actions.
• Integrate UI Builder experiences with ServiceNow tables, APIs, REST and Scripted REST, SOAP services, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop reusable components using JavaScript and Lit Web Components.
• Apply ServiceNow scripting capabilities including Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Troubleshoot UI, performance, scripting, and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews and promote scalable, maintainable, upgrade-safe development standards.
• Mentor other developers and share knowledge; contribute to best practices.
• Contribute to AI capabilities and emerging technologies within projects.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow UI Builder Developer to create modern, intuitive digital experiences across the ServiceNow platform.
The role focuses on designing responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences using UI Builder and the Now Experience Framework.
You will translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly interfaces and reusable technical components.
The position combines frontend development, ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations, and emerging AI capabilities.
You will work with APIs, IntegrationHub, Data Resources, Client State Parameters, and other platform technologies to deliver connected experiences.
The role also offers opportunities to contribute technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, and development best practices.

Accountabilities

• Develop and customize applications and modern user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder and the Now Experience Framework.
• Build responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences aligned with business and user requirements.
• Configure UI Builder components, Data Resources, Client State Parameters, events, Declarative Actions, and other Now Experience capabilities.
• Integrate UI Builder experiences with ServiceNow tables, APIs, REST and Scripted REST APIs, SOAP services, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop reusable components using modern frontend technologies, JavaScript, and Lit Web Components.
• Apply ServiceNow scripting capabilities, including Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, scripting, and integration-related issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure solutions follow scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe development standards.
• Contribute to the implementation or integration of emerging technologies, including AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.
• Mentor other developers and contribute to technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and development best practices.

Requirements

• 8–9 years of total IT experience, including 6–7 years of relevant hands‑on technical leadership and development experience.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, with strong expertise in UI Builder and the Now Experience Framework.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, Scoped Applications, IntegrationHub, tables, ACLs, roles, update sets, and application scopes.
• Proven experience developing modern ServiceNow user experiences using UI Builder and associated Now Experience technologies.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, modern frontend development frameworks, and Lit Web Components.
• Hands‑on experience with Data Resources, Client State Parameters, Events, Declarative Actions, and UI Builder components.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting, including Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Practical experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
• Demonstrated experience building or integrating AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, troubleshooting, and code review skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
