Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to define architecture, governance, and the long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform for strategic enterprise initiatives. You will lead complex implementations and mentor delivery teams across global projects.

The role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong leadership, a focus on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and cloud integrations, and a passion for automation and digital transformation.

Qualificações

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and enterprise solutions.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
Advanced knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.

Responsabilidades

Define the overall architecture, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
Lead complex ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and platform governance initiatives.
Establish technical standards, architectural principles, and best practices.
Serve as the primary technical authority and mentor for development and implementation teams.
Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define innovative and scalable solutions.
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
Drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform ecosystem.
Support the evolution of ServiceNow capabilities and contribute to digital transformation strategy.
Review solution designs, architecture artifacts, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and consistency.
Provide guidance on emerging technologies, platform enhancements, and optimization opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team and support strategic initiatives for NextEra. This is a highly visible role focused on defining the architecture, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform while enabling enterprise-wide digital transformation and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills, serving as the architectural authority for complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and enterprise solutions.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
Advanced knowledge of:
IT Service Management (ITSM)
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
AngularJS
HTML/CSS
ServiceNow APIs
Experience with:
REST and SOAP integrations
Integration Hub
MID Server
Strong knowledge of:
CMDB
SQL
Workflow Automation
ServiceNow Platform Governance
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proven experience in technical leadership, enterprise architecture, and governance.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Fluent English for collaboration with global stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Certifications

ServiceNow Master Architect
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in two or more ServiceNow modules
