Jobgether in Brazil is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Tech Lead to drive modern, AI-powered experiences on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead engineering efforts while remaining actively involved in coding, architecture, and code reviews.

A key focus will be building Lit Web Components and applying AI-native UI patterns to create intuitive user experiences. You will mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualificações

• 8–9 years of total IT experience with 6–7 years of hands-on leadership and development.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise including Scoped Applications and IntegrationHub.
• Experience building or integrating AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on with Lit Web Components and modern web component development.
• Knowledge of AI-native UI concepts, patterns, and best practices.
• Strong architecture, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience conducting code reviews and guiding engineers.
• Excellent mentoring and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with leadership and strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, architectural guidance, and development direction to the engineering team.
• Design, develop, and review scalable ServiceNow solutions including Scoped Applications and IntegrationHub.
• Guide the team in building Lit Web Components for AI-powered user experiences.
• Lead code reviews and PRs ensuring quality, security, and performance.
• Implement and integrate AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.

• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the org.

The role combines technical leadership with deep expertise in AI, modern frontend development, and ServiceNow architecture.
You will lead engineering efforts while remaining actively involved in coding, architecture, and code reviews.
A key focus will be building Lit Web Components and applying AI-native UI patterns to create intuitive user experiences.
You will also contribute to the integration of AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols into enterprise solutions.
The position offers the opportunity to mentor developers and establish modern engineering practices across the team.
You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, architectural guidance, and development direction to the engineering team.
• Design, develop, and review scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including Scoped Applications and IntegrationHub.
• Build and guide team members in developing modern Lit Web Components for AI-powered user experiences.
• Lead code reviews and pull-request reviews while ensuring code quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Implement and integrate AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols into ServiceNow solutions.
• Apply AI-native UI patterns and modern frontend development practices to enhance and modernize user experiences.
• Establish development standards, best practices, and reusable technical patterns for the team.
• Mentor developers, provide technical coaching, and support knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform and development processes.

Requirements:

• 8–9 years of total IT experience, including 6–7 years of relevant hands-on technical leadership and development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform, including Scoped Applications and IntegrationHub.
• Demonstrated experience building or integrating AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Lit Web Components and modern web component development.
• Understanding of AI-native UI concepts, patterns, and best practices.
• Strong software architecture, coding, debugging, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience conducting code reviews and providing effective architectural and technical guidance.
• Excellent mentoring and team leadership skills, with the ability to develop and guide other engineers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to balance hands-on development responsibilities with technical leadership and strategic decision-making.
