Job summary

NETZSCH Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team in Brazil. The role focuses on design, development and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and features, with emphasis on ITOM/ITSM/ITAM modules.

You will collaborate with IT stakeholders and external providers to translate requirements into functional solutions, build reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations across platforms.

Qualifications

• Very good experience with ServiceNow and IT modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes and UI Policies.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Experience with update sets, version control and deployment processes in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of related processes (SPM, HRSD, Resource Management) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with specialization in any of the IT modules (ITOM / ITSM / ITAM, if applicable) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and features, focusing on the implementation and improvements of modules processes and features.
