Job summary

Decskill is seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Functional Consultant for a fully remote role based in Portugal or Brazil. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and/or functional consulting, with expertise in Service Catalog, Service Request Management, and CSDM.

The role involves designing catalog items, supporting testing, documenting user stories and test cases, and collaborating with architects and stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and/or Service Offering Management.
• Good knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Experience supporting testing activities.
• Ability to produce clear documentation, user stories, and test cases.
• Experience in troubleshooting and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Offering Management activities within ServiceNow.

What you can expect from us

Certifications

• At least one ServiceNow certification is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous client-facing experience.
• Experience working directly with customers during requirements gathering, solution discussions, testing, or issue resolution.

Languages

• Fluent Portuguese
• Spanish is a plus.
