BairesDev is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to drive ITSM and HRSD platform strategy across the enterprise. You will own the roadmap, backlog, and sprint execution, translating stakeholder needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business priorities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management, strong ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD experience, excellent English, and proven Agile delivery. This fully remote role offers competitive USD compensation and flexible hours.

• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and requirements facilitation skills.
• Agile product delivery experience including backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and QA/UAT coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• ITIL certification or strong ITSM best practices background.
