Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Engineer to support, develop, and optimize our ServiceNow platform from Brazil. You will work with global stakeholders to automate processes, resolve complex issues, and evolve our enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, CSA/CAD certifications, and strong JavaScript/REST/SOAP skills. This is a 100% remote role within Brazil, with opportunities to influence large-scale digital

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• CSA and CAD certifications required.
• Experience with ITSM, SPM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, Now Assist.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and workflow automation.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

As a ServiceNow Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes and user experiences across the organization. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, resolve complex platform issues, develop automation solutions, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role combines platform support, development, configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
• Troubleshoot and provide functional and technical solutions across ServiceNow modules
• Develop enhancements, workflows, catalog items, and platform configurations
• Support integrations and automation initiatives
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term solutions
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders globally
• Monitor platform performance and ensure platform stability
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
• Support testing and user acceptance activities
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required
• Experience with:
