Job summary

GrowthPair is seeking a Growth Marketer to lead the execution of strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The role focuses on setting up A/B tests, creating marketing content, analyzing growth metrics, and reporting on performance. It is a fully remote position with USD compensation and various stipends and benefits.

You will manage budgets, work across digital channels, and collaborate with teams across time zones, including US business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Proficiency with marketing platforms (GA, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Ability to work during U.S. hours (PT/ET).
