  • Experience using and maintaining databases or similar information management tools.
  • Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare draft responses for RFIs and RFPs for North America Client Development and Client Management teams, including web-enabled responses, Excel workbooks, written responses, supporting content, and related materials.
  • Draft, edit, and refine proposal and solution documents for review and completion by Client Development and Client Management teams.
  • Maintain and update an electronic library of approved proposal, RFI, and RFP content to support consistent, accurate, and efficient responses.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and subject matter experts to ensure client requirements are addressed accurately, including deliverables, timelines, team bios, and related proposal content.
  • Leverage approved marketing materials to strengthen and enhance RFP and proposal responses.
  • Ensure client data, including customer references, company logos, site counts, energy spend and usage, and industry segment information, is accurate, current, and readily available.
  • Provide input and recommendations to improve sales support processes, proposal quality, and overall response efficiency.
  • Maintain working knowledge across Supply, Sustainability, Efficiency, and RECA offerings to support accurate and complete proposal responses.
  • Support Sales Customer Management database oversight and maintenance, including responsibilities as BFO Champion.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Sales or Client Management leadership and approved by the team manager.

The Sustainability Business is seeking a Senior Associate in Tender Management. This individual will report to the Pricing and Tendering Team Manager and be responsible for supporting the Revenue teams, both Sales and Client Management, in developing and editing proposals, responding to request for proposals (RFPs), and providing advice and support to the teams.

Additionally, this individual will assist Client Development and Client Management teams with research, keeping relevant customer data and statistics current and supporting the overall efforts to sell to prospective clients.

Position responsibilities:

  • Prepare draft responses for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for North America Client Development and Client Management teams, including web-enabled responses, Excel workbooks, written responses, supporting content, and related materials.
  • Draft, edit, and refine proposal and solution documents for review and completion by Client Development and Client Management teams.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Professional proposal writing, grant writing, or comparable business writing experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
  • Experience using and maintaining databases or similar information management tools.
  • Fluent English
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, edit, and validate information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing, proofreading, and document editing.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and follow through on assigned work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across teams.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in the energy, sustainability, or related services industry.
  • Familiarity with Schneider Energy Advisory Services (SEAS) business offerings and processes.
