The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with geoprocessing tools and analytics, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Geography, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Proven experience in network and telecommunications projects.
• Experience with geoprocessing/Geomarketing tools.
• Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools leveraging AI.

Responsabilidades

• Validate and approve projects developed by the area, ensuring compliance with standards and technical specifications, with a focus on cost reduction and network quality improvement.
• Prepare higher-complexity project designs, proposing optimized technical solutions that meet company standards and business needs.
• Monitor and communicate project deadlines and deliverables to client teams through reports, presentations, and status updates, ensuring transparency and predictability.
• Develop Geomarketing solutions, handling requests related to network projects and providing cartographic data to public agencies and other stakeholders.
• Train and mentor new team members in network project design through technical training and knowledge sharing, aiming to reduce rework, increase productivity, and ensure operational safety.
