Jobtailor in Natal, Brazil is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to oversee vendors, track progress, and ensure adherence to technical standards across FTTH/GPON projects. You will monitor work orders, schedules, and SLAs, validating documentation and certifications to support project acceptance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, vendor management, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while maintaining deadlines and quality.

Qualificações

• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of FTTH/GPON and fiber-optic networks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and administratively monitor Implementation vendors.
• Track work orders, schedules, productivity, deadlines, and SLAs through Alares’ official systems
• Analyze photos and execution evidence, verifying compliance with projects and technical standards
• Monitor FTTH/GPON, MDU, Network Construction, and Relief activities
• Validate the documentation, records, evidence, and information required for project acceptance
• Monitor testing, certifications, and technical documentation for deliverables
• Ensure activities are properly updated and closed in the systems
• Monitor the proper use and accounting of materials used in projects
• Identify deviations and nonconformities, opening and tracking NCRs and action plans
• Follow up with vendors to resolve outstanding issues, rework, and nonconformities
• Monitor deadline, quality, productivity, and SLA indicators
• Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and requirements established contractually
• Prepare controls, indicators, and progress reports for Implementation management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong ability to analyze information, documents, and evidence
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
• Strong communication and vendor management and follow-up skills
• Analytical, critical-thinking, deadline- and results-oriented profile
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• Knowledge of FTTH/GPON and fiber-optic networks is a plus
• Knowledge of MDU, Network Construction, and Relief activities is a plus
• Knowledge of CTO, CEO, fiber splicing, OTDR, and network certification is a plus
• Experience with the administrative management of outsourced companies is a plus
• Experience with work orders, NCRs, project acceptance, progress measurement, material control, SLAs, and performance indicators is a plus
• Experience with construction and network implementation management systems is a plus
