Jobtailor in Porto Alegre, Brazil is seeking an IT Operations/SRE professional to analyze incidents, test fixes, and resolve requests within ITSM processes. You will coordinate UAT, lead system changes, and work with partners on technical solutions, monitoring, and automation to improve service reliability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (completed or in progress).
• Maintenance and support of services and microservices.
• REST/SOAP APIs and system integration.
• Monitoring tools (Grafana, Graylog, Dynatrace).
• Oracle databases, PL/SQL for scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of SAP Commerce.
• Desirable knowledge in DevOps and SRE practices, and cloud environments.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience managing incidents, requests, changes, configurations, problems, and crises.
• Experience with operational automation, observability, and continuous improvement of service reliability.

• Manage service-level activities within the company's ITSM processes, appropriately routing services among partners;
• Report analysis progress to the coordinator and peers;
• Act with risk awareness when addressing operational impacts;
• Support the definition of technical solutions together with our partners;
• Execute tests and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with users;
• Lead system changes;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (completed or in progress);
