Jobtailor in São José dos Campos is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for the company’s proprietary system and perform on-site maintenance and workstation assembly as needed.

The role will involve supporting infrastructure, SAP requests, and data analysis using SQL. You will help optimize dashboards and KPIs with Power BI, translate requirements to developers, and ensure cross-department communication.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or similar) and agile practices.
• SAP Tier 1 support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to internal and external users in the company's proprietary system
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on internal users' machines (on-site, as needed, in São José dos Campos)
• Assemble and prepare workstations (on-site, as needed, in São José dos Campos)
• Support internal infrastructure requests (Active Directory, networks, and servers)
• Create IT purchase requests in SAP (physical and logical items)
• Perform data analysis using SQL to support the system
• Analyze and support dashboards and KPIs in Power BI
• Conduct testing, validation, and acceptance of functionalities
• Gather requirements from internal and external clients related to the systems
• Translate functional requests into technical requirements for the development team
• Ensure effective communication between involved departments
