Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT support professional to provide technical assistance across systems, applications and databases with emphasis on ADVPL programming and Protheus modules. You will diagnose, fix, and optimize issues, ensuring a smooth user experience for fiscal and accounting processes.

The role requires prior relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, and offers a hands-on environment with ongoing feature updates and maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues in systems, applications, databases, hardware and software.
• Develop in ADVPL.
• Handle requests in the Fiscal and Accounting modules.
• Make adjustments and optimizations to ensure systems operate correctly and provide the best user experience.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on software and hardware.
• Implement new features, fixes and updates.
• Respond to tickets submitted via the portal.
• Make adjustments to developed systems.
