Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a senior engineering lead to provide technical leadership for the squad, define solutions, and monitor execution in collaboration with the development team.

You will guide cross-functional decisions, ensure code quality, manage deployments, and advance DevSecOps practices across testing, staging, and production environments, while driving integrations and data modeling.

Qualificações

Extensive experience leading development squads and defining technical solutions.
Strong background in Java 8+ and modern Spring framework stacks.
Proven track record with microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with AGILE/Scrum, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with integrations, data modeling, and application monitoring.

Negotiate with other teams regarding integrations and dependencies.
Guide decisions with System Team across architecture, operations, and security.

Provide technical leadership for the squad, making technical decisions and defining technical solutions
Monitor execution in collaboration with the Dev Team
Negotiate with other teams regarding the handling of integrations and dependencies
Guide technical decisions with the System Team, composed of representatives from systems, architecture, operations, and information security
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices in accordance with established standards
Plan and support deployments, including post-deployment monitoring
Define and ensure the applications’ non-functional requirements, including technical certification, Sonar, and automated testing
Oversee DevOps pipelines and application monitoring across testing, staging, and production environments
Define integrations with the teams involved
Perform data modeling in collaboration with Data Administrators

Requirements

Experience with Java 8+
Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, React, Spring Cloud, and Spring Batch
Experience with Angular 7+, CSS, and TypeScript
Knowledge of Jenkins and GitLab
Knowledge and experience using Copilot
Knowledge of test automation processes and tools, including JUnit, Jasmine, and Karma
Experience with integrations based on Swagger/YAML contract formats
Experience developing microservices
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
Knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB is desirable
Knowledge of OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and RabbitMQ is desirable
Knowledge of Redis is desirable
