MAXBOND SINGAPORE PTE LTD in Brazil is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS Manager to lead the quantity surveying function on our projects. You will oversee contract administration, cost control, budgeting, and financial performance, ensuring commercial success and compliance with contract terms.

The role requires 5–10 years in QS/Contracts administration, a degree in QS or related field, and strong leadership with proficiency in AutoCAD and take-off tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 5–10 years of QS/Contracts administration experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of contracts, regulations and industry standards
• Ability to lead multiple contracts and projects simultaneously
• Familiar with AutoCAD and quantity take-off tools
• Meticulous, analytical, and strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Available to start immediately or on short notice

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team in contract administration and procurement.
• Develop and manage project budgets, control cash flow, and prepare monthly cost reports for financial tracking and forecasting.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors and consultants to resolve commercial issues and ensure contract compliance.
• Manage a team of QS on producing project claims, indemnity warranty, other contractual budget accounting, tracking and management reporting.
• Assist in the tendering process to ensure costing are accurately included.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts.
• Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentation.

We are looking for an experienced and competent Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of quantity surveying and commercial activities, ensuring effective cost control, contract administration, and financial performance of our projects.

The position level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, technical capabilities, and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team in contract administration and procurement.

• Develop and manage project budgets, control cash flow, and prepare monthly cost reports for financial tracking and forecasting.

• Strong understanding of constructioncontractsand have good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Ability to manage multiplecontractsand projects simultaneously.

• Familiar with AutoCAD and quantity take-off tools.

• Meticulous and analytical and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Able to start at short notice or immediately.
