ASA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support our Tender Team in interpreting drawings, measuring quantities, and building tender base costs. You will source sub-contractors, request quotations, and prepare proposals for management review.

The role involves attending site briefings to assemble documents and ensure accurate tender submissions. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field with 1–3 years’ experience and knowledge of local contract forms are required; MS Office

Qualificações

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management related field is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for renovation and A&A works is preferred.
• Knowledge of local forms of contracts (e.g. PSSCOC, SIA) is required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

About the role
