Support the Surgical organization in defining and implementing digital strategies. Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting audiences in Latin America.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Plan and execute digital strategies for the Surgical business, managing platforms and tools, including social media, in accordance with EW guidelines and country-specific requirements.
- Lead marketing campaigns, ensuring timely implementation and thorough review/approval processes.
- Translate business strategies into effective digital and marketing campaigns with clear KPIs and regular reporting.
- Coordinate with external vendors and manage budgets as per planning; establish partnerships following EW guidelines.
- Analyze digital and marketing trends to keep initiatives current.
- Recommend and implement process improvements related to marketing.
- Control budgets for marketing initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate promotional materials, including translations, adjustments, and printing, partnering with stakeholders. Lead adoption and usage of market materials by the field team, coordinating updates and new material creation.
- Provide training to the sales team on EW digital initiatives and campaigns.
- Perform other marketing activities as needed.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing, communication, or related fields with at least 5 years of experience.

- Experience in a global matrix environment.
- Ability to develop complex models, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Deep knowledge of digital tools and metrics.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.

- Understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines related to analytics.
