An established industry player is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to drive digital strategy and marketing campaigns for their Surgical business in Latin America. This role involves planning and executing impactful marketing strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating with external vendors to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital tools, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in marketing. Support Surgical organization in defining digital strategy and implementing it.

In addition, should plan and execute all marketing campaigns for target audiences in Latin America.

How you’ll make an impact:

  1. Plan and execute digital strategy for Surgical business for specific target audiences. Manage different platforms and tools, including social media, following EW guidelines and policies and respecting specific country requirements.
  2. Plan and lead marketing campaigns, making sure that they are implemented on time and with an accurate review/approve process.
  3. Translate business strategy into effective digital and marketing campaigns, establishing clear KPIs and implementing frequent reports.
  4. Interface with external vendors (identify and select the most accurate ones depending on the strategy) and control budget according to the defined planning phase. Interface with other external institutions in order to establish partnerships when applicable and following EW guidelines.
  5. Analyze digital and marketing communication trends to ensure initiatives are updated.
  6. Recommend and lead the implementation of continuous process improvements as it relates to marketing.
  7. Budget control for related initiatives.
  8. Adopt and develop promotional materials including translation coordination, adjustments, and printing in accordance with promotional material SOP while partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Lead market material adoption and usage by the field team and coordinate any adjustments needed, including new material creation.
  9. Provide knowledge transfer and training to the sales team regarding EW digital initiatives and campaigns.
  10. Other marketing activities.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in marketing, communication, or other related areas with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  1. Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite.
  2. Experience working in a global matrixed environment.
  3. Ability to develop complex models, spreadsheets, and reports.
  4. Deep knowledge of digital tools and metrics.
  5. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  8. Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to analytics.
  9. Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
