About The Position
We are seeking a passionate Senior Field Marketing Analyst to develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with customer needs, brand potential, and sales objectives. Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams, you will play a key role in strengthening our market presence and driving growth through impactful events, regional campaigns, and activations. If you are creative, results-driven, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, we would like to meet you!

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring and tracking KPIs such as account engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue impact, ensuring alignment with outreach and GTM objectives;
  2. Building strategic relationships with sales teams to identify gaps, opportunities, target audiences, and develop cohesive plans;
  3. Providing insights and marketing materials to support prospecting efforts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities;
  4. Developing and executing ABM strategies across different communication channels to generate and capture pipeline;
  5. Designing personalized marketing campaigns tailored to target accounts to attract and convert leads into long-term relationships;
  6. Enhancing marketing effectiveness through improved audience segmentation, advanced techniques, and optimized processes.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in field marketing or active lead prospecting, preferably in the technology sector;
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in Cloud or Edge Computing or other IT technologies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on personalization and persuasion;
  • Proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS environments with a builder mindset;
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with strong relationship-building skills;
  • Understanding of marketing metrics for demand generation;
  • Analytical skills and strategic vision focused on results;
  • Resilient, customer-focused, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects;
  • Intermediate English proficiency.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot;
  • Strong data analysis skills to provide insights and evaluate campaign performance;
  • Experience with ABM and customer-centric marketing strategies;
  • Successful management of industry-specific marketing programs, including events and social media campaigns;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
