Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Prior internship or experience in logistics planning or inventory management is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support commercial product inventory management activities.
• Perform administrative tasks in support systems to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Monitor nationwide product availability across Brazil.
• Coordinate delivery rollouts with suppliers within deadlines.
• Monitor and balance inventory at distribution centers.
• Ensure equitable product availability across CDLs.
• Track sales performance and adjust rollout strategies as needed.
• Prepare presentations and participate in meetings with internal customers and suppliers.
• Control contract balances and validity periods in the system.
• Issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Identify process improvements through analysis.
• Update KPIs and publish area reports.

• Support the team in activities related to commercial product inventory management.
• Carry out administrative activities and routines in support systems, ensuring healthy inventory levels to meet the needs of internal customer areas.
• Monitor and assess the availability of marketed products nationwide across Brazil.
• Manage delivery rollouts with suppliers within the stipulated deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coverage at distribution centers (CDLs).
• Balance inventory to ensure equitable product availability at each distribution center.
• Monitor product sales performance and assess the need for adjustments to inventory rollouts and balancing.
• Prepare presentations and participate in meetings with internal customers and suppliers.
• Control contract balances and validity periods in the company’s system.
• Issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through analysis.
• Update the area’s KPIs to identify deviations from targets, in alignment with the business strategy.
• Prepare and publish area reports.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics planning is desirable.
• Previous experience in inventory management is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and Access.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
