Jobtailor in Joinville, Brazil is seeking a Distribution Planning Analyst to optimize DRP and PCP processes across distribution centers. You will coordinate transfer orders, manage service levels, and balance inventories for a diversified product mix.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, or Business, with SAP (PP/MM) knowledge and strong Excel data skills. Power BI experience and postgraduate studies in Supply Chain are highly desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics.
• Experience with PCP (Production Planning and Control) and/or DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel proficiency for data analysis and data management.
• Knowledge of SAP (PP, MM).
• Knowledge of SAP (APO/IBP) — desirable.
• Power BI knowledge — desirable.
• Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Planning — desirable.
• Intermediate Spanish — desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain DRP and PCP processes to ensure service levels and stock availability.
• Manage transfer orders and shipments across distribution centers.
• Develop, update and monitor transfer KPIs in Power BI.
• Balance inventories across distribution centers by material type.
• Coordinate with distribution centers for scheduling and receipt of transfers.
• Drive continuous improvements in distribution planning across branches.
• Support implementation of distribution center tools and solutions.
• Participate in improvement projects related to DRP/PCP.

• Ensure service levels and stock availability at Distribution Centers through the DRP process.
• Manage service lead times in legacy systems for the centers/processes/materials defined in your assigned portfolio.
• Create and manage Transfer Orders / Transfer Shipments.
• Participate in improvement projects and in the implementation of tools and Distribution Center solutions within Distribution Planning.
• Develop, update and monitor transfer KPIs in Power BI.
• Balance inventories across Distribution Centers according to material type.
• Ensure alignment of the supply logistics chain, scheduling and receipt of transfers between Operational Centers.
• Manage service fulfillment for the defined centers and product mix.
• Drive improvements and best practices in Distribution Planning between branches.
• Coordinate with logistics operations at the Distribution Centers.
