Jobtailor is seeking a facilities manager to oversee building maintenance, vendor services, security, travel, and office operations across multiple sites. The role requires evaluating contracts, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring cost efficiency through Opex/Capex oversight.

The candidate should hold a relevant degree, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have knowledge of contract management; SAP experience is a plus. A Category B license is required for site visits.

• Manage building maintenance, parking, reception, messenger services, motorcycle courier services, graphic services, notary services, office supplies, locksmith services, pest control, water purifiers, vending machines, coffee breaks, travel, taxi services, corporate security, layout changes, restaurants, internal and external archives, reprographic services, bus transportation, telecommunications, warehouses, and the updating of policies and procedures.
• Prepare cost measurements and allocations, monitor miscellaneous expenses, and produce management reports.
• Manage leased, executive, administrative, and operational vehicle fleets.
• Manage driver’s licenses, traffic violations, fuel, vehicle tags, vehicle tracking, and eco-friendly vehicle washing.
• Manage cleaning, security, and maintenance suppliers.
• Develop PADs, monitor implementations, conduct on-site inspections, and oversee contracts.
• Establish and monitor supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage financial controls, including the preparation, monitoring, and justification of Opex and Capex.
• Control quality-related documents and procedures applicable to Facilities and Sustainability, ensuring compliance during audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of contract and process management.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Valid Category B driver’s license, as the role requires visits to work sites.
