Jobtailor is seeking a Facilities Management professional in Rio de Janeiro to oversee the management and delivery of facilities services. You will monitor contracts and vendors across cleaning, reception/security, and maintenance, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

The role also involves supporting cost, budget, and contract control, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge is a plus
