• Prepare management reports and dashboards to track targets.
• Develop action plans with the commercial team to improve management performance, including achievement projections.
• Participate in defining and monitoring commercial targets by segment and region.
• Actively participate in results review meetings, contributing analyses, diagnoses, and proposals to recover and maximize performance.
• Propose improvements to commercial planning and control processes.
