Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a Finance Analyst to manage billing and reporting for the commercial department. You will prepare management reports, monitor variances, and support the P&L consolidation, ensuring accuracy and timely financial information across departments.

The role requires solid Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems, and effective communication. A related bachelor’s degree and experience with financial processes are preferred for this position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Responsabilidades

• Execute billing processes for the commercial department, ensuring policy compliance and deadlines.
• Support sales closing activities with accurate documentation and transaction recording.
• Provide financial and operational information to management and stakeholders.
• Prepare, update, and analyze management reports for leadership and Finance.
• Monitor actual vs. budget variances and assist variance analysis.
• Assist consolidation and monitoring of the department’s P&L.
• Support budget control processes and financial information organization.
• Enter and maintain finance systems and internal controls.
• Process and monitor supplier payments.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Execute billing processes for the commercial department, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines;
• Support sales closing activities, ensuring accurate documentation and recording of transactions;
• Respond to management and internal stakeholder requests for financial and operational information;
• Prepare, update, and analyze management reports for leadership and the Finance Department;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Experience with or exposure to financial and/or billing processes;
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of budget control and financial analysis;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments;
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile;
• Preferred: knowledge of ERP systems;
• Preferred: experience preparing financial reports and tracking performance indicators;
• Preferred: experience in commercial departments or media companies;
• English (Level 2);
