Farfetch is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to lead and ensure excellence in accounting operations, focusing on BR GAAP/IFRS compliance and internal controls. The role includes month-end close leadership, financial statement preparation, and collaboration with external auditors and global teams.
You will also support ERP configurations in Dynamics 365 and work with Tax, Billing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams to maintain accurate records.

The Senior Accounting Analyst will be primarily responsible for leading and ensuring excellence in accounting operations, guaranteeing accurate bookkeeping, compliance with applicable accounting standards (BR GAAP / IFRS), and adherence to the Group's internal policies.
This role will act as a technical reference for the accounting area, with strong involvement in the month-end closing processes, ensuring the quality of information and compliance with company deadlines. You will play an active role in the preparation of Financial Statements, continuous process improvement, and the strengthening of internal controls.
You will be the main point of contact for the accounting function in interactions with external auditors, inspections, and regulatory bodies, as well as in supporting other areas of the company with accounting interfaces, including Tax, Billing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, in addition to external partners such as the Tax BPO. You will also work closely with global teams, contributing to strategic projects and to the implementation of relevant regulatory and accounting changes.
