Job Title: Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Purpose

This role supports the Accounting team in overseeing all aspects of financial accounting and reporting functions in Finance. The candidate should understand USGAAP and IFRS, have experience with the accounting closing process, including preparing reconciliations, and support internal and external audits.

Key Activities

• Support all external audit requests for all entities (Brazil and Offshore).
• Assist with internal audits.
• Collaborate with related finance departments on accounting matters.
• Perform accounting reconciliations for fixed assets, payroll, revenue, allowance for doubtful debts, hedging, leasing, accounts payable, and customer derivatives.
• Make and monitor provisions for entities.
• Support month-end closing processes for all entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Knowledge of BACEN 4966 regulations.
• Experience with external audits (Big Four firms).
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Knowledge of USGAAP.

Location

São Paulo/SP, Hybrid (up to twice a week at the Vila Olimpia office).
