We are expanding our operations in Brazil and are looking for a motivated, ambitious Account Executive to join and help scale our Brazilian sales team. The Account Executive will report to our Country Manager in Brazil and will be responsible for closing high-value clients and growing the market.

Location: This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil. It is a full-time position requiring presence in our office in the Faria Lima area. #LI-Hybrid

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Acquire high-quality new clients through outbound strategies (Hunting) and cross-sell & upsell to existing clients with consultative sales.
  2. Identify business opportunities with mid- to large-sized companies, enterprises, and later-stage startups; meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, objection handling, development, negotiation, and closing.
  4. Provide feedback to management, product, and engineering teams to improve Jeeves’ platform and services.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop materials and increase conversion rates.
  6. Build a seamless, value-driven client experience working directly with business owners to support their financial goals.
  7. Work with Country & Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed quota targets.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
  • Top-tier consulting or investment banking experience early in career; prior experience in startups, fintech, payments, or cross-border transactions is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Existing network of B2B relationships with mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and startups.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, especially with CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; eager to develop a high-performing sales career.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
