As our growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Sales Support Officer/Executive to support our expanding Sales team in Singapore! In this role you will:

A. OrderManagement & Sales Operations

• Order Processing: Execute high-volume purchase order entry with a focus on speed and Accuracy.
• End-to-End Fulfilment: Manage order lifecycles from creation to warehouse release and final delivery, consistently meeting On-Time Delivery.
• Commercial Support: Generate quotations based on tiered price lists and special campaigns; prepare technical documentation and status reports.

B. Customer Service & Logistics

• Primary Point of Contact: Resolve customer inquiries regarding product specs, pricing, and payment terms via multi-channel support.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Manage direct-to-customer shipments by coordinating with international suppliers and outbound logistics providers.
• Service Recovery: Proactively address delivery issues and complaints to maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores.
