Job summary

Healthcare Essentials Pte Ltd is seeking a Biomedical Engineer to perform scheduled maintenance of capital equipment on-site across hospital facilities. You will liaise with hospital BME departments for trials and acquisitions, provide on-site troubleshooting, and train BME staff on software updates and upgrades.

The role also involves offering value-added service partnerships, coordinating with the sales team for new equipment setups, and ensuring safety across OT/ICU and other care areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance for capital equipment on site.
• Liaise with the BME department of all hospitals for equipment on trial, placement or acquisition.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting where applicable.
• Conduct training for BME to operate and update capital equipment software and upgrades.
• Offer value-added service partnerships across hospitals related to capital equipment.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure trials and setup of new equipment are executed.
• Ensure equipment safety in OT/ICU and other care areas of hospitals.
• Provide on-site case support when required.

Roles and responsibilities

• 2. Liase with BME department of all hospitals for any equipment on trial/ placement/ acquired capital equipment.
• 3. On site troubleshooting where applicable.
• 4. Conduct training for BME to better equip them with our capital equipment capabilities, from software updates to upgrades.
• 5. Offer our value-added service partnerships across all hospitals related to our capital equipment.
• 6. Liase with sales team to ensure equipment on trial and setup of new equipment are duly executed.
• 7. To perform all due diligence to ensure equipment are safe to use in the OT/ ICU/ any other care floor areas of the hospital within Singapore.
• 8. On site case support if required.

Qualification and Experience

• 1. Diploma/ degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• 2. 2 years of hospital biomedical engineering / medical equipment servicing experience will be an added advantage.
• 3. Fresh graduates are welcome
