5C Company LLC is seeking a Sales Representative based in Brazil to provide customer service and drive online sales via pages and CRM systems. You will engage customers, answer questions, and guide them toward purchasing, focusing on conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty.

The ideal candidate has completed high school (further education a plus), fluent English, strong writing and typing skills, and experience in sales or e-commerce.

This position is open to candidates based in Brazil.

The Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service and sales through pages and/or CRM systems (auxiliary) for models , focusing on engagement, reputation, conversion, and customer relationship management. The role involves offering products, resolving customer doubts, and guiding the client until the purchase is finalized, with a focus on conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty.

What you will do:

• Provide customer service actively, receptively, and immediately, respecting the inactivity limits established by management.
• Present products, clarify doubts, overcome objections, and guide the client to the purchase.
• Follow commercial scripts and guidelines, maintaining clear, educated, and persuasive communication.
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion (sales) goals.

Requirements:

• Complete High School education (in-progress Higher Education is a plus).
• Fluent English.
• Good writing skills and fast typing.
• Familiarity with service platforms and mastery of digital tools and management systems.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.

Work model:

100% Remote (Home Office)

Schedule:

We operate a 3X1 schedule (3 consecutive work days followed by 1 day off)

Compensation:

$2.00 USD per hour

Commission:

4% commission on sales
