5C Company is seeking a Brazil-based Sales Representative to handle customer service and sales via pages and CRM systems, driving engagement, conversion, and loyalty. The role emphasizes product presentation, doubt resolution, and guiding clients to purchase with persuasive communication.

Requirements include high school completion, strong writing and typing, familiarity with service platforms, and prior experience in sales or e-commerce.

This position is open to candidates based in Brazil.

The Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service and sales through pages and/or CRM systems (auxiliary) for models , focusing on engagement, reputation, conversion, and customer relationship management. The role involves offering products, resolving customer doubts, and guiding the client until the purchase is finalized, with a focus on conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty.

What you will do:

• Provide customer service actively, receptively, and immediately, respecting the inactivity limits established by management.
• Present products, clarify doubts, overcome objections, and guide the client to the purchase.
• Follow commercial scripts and guidelines, maintaining clear, educated, and persuasive communication.
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion (sales) goals.

Requirements:

• Complete High School education (in-progress Higher Education is a plus).
• Good writing skills and fast typing.
• Familiarity with service platforms and mastery of digital tools and management systems.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.

Schedule: We operate a 3X1 schedule (3 consecutive work days followed by 1 day off)

Compensation: $2.00 USD per hour

Commission: 4% commission on sales

Selective Process:Application form, Computer test, English test, Interview with HR, Interview with Team Leader and Offer. - It\'s important to complete all tests to move forward with the interview!
