The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager (Outdoor) to lead a regional sales effort with a focus on expanding the customer base and achieving revenue targets. This role involves active engagement with customers, coordinating sales initiatives, and managing inventory to support growth.

Ideal candidates have outdoor sales experience, strong proposal and pricing skills, and the ability to work with architects and interior designers. AWS and a performance bonus are included.

Qualificações

• Diploma / Degree / Masters in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience structuring pricing proposals that reflect value for the customer.
• Class 3 license and an own vehicle preferred.
• Contact with architects/interior designers is an added advantage.

Position: Sales Manager (Outdoor)

Location:North

Working days and hours: 5 Days 9am - 6pm

Salary: $4500 (AWS + Performance Bonus)

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of existing customers and acquiring new customers in Singapore.
• Driving and meeting annual sales targets
• Ability to manage a sales team nFollow-up on clients' payment
• Pro-active in supporting new sales ideas/proposals/decisions
• To manage own inventory

Job Requirements

• With at least 5 year(s) working experience in the related field
• Min 2 years outdoor sales experience, preferably in Building Materials
• Experience in Sale of consumer products preferably in Air Sanitizer
• Contact with Architects Interior Designers is an added advantage
• Meet up with clients on-site

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree / Masters in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Have experience with structuring pricing proposals that reflect value for the customer.
• Help customers solve complex business issues.
• Preferably possess a Class 3 license and an own vehicle.
