Qualificações

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in the Brazilian automotive market to drive sales growth and expand market opportunities. The role will be responsible for sales strategies, dealer network management, new business development, B2B negotiations, and strategic partnerships.

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
• Proven experience in technical and consultative sales, preferably within the truck, commercial vehicle, automotive, mobility, transportation, or logistics sectors;
• Previous experience managing complex B2B negotiations, including large accounts, customized projects, and long-term commercial contracts;
• Experience working with dealer networks and/or indirect sales channels is highly desirable;
• Strong knowledge of commercial and financing solutions, such as CDC, FINAME, Rental, and Consortium;
• Experience with B2B customers and consultative sales cycles;
• Good/intermediate English communication skills;
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office;
• Willingness and availability to travel more than 50% of the time.
