Your responsibilities:
  1. Be accountable for financial objectives, including sales targets, profitability, and contribution margins of MLFF-related projects and accounts.
  2. Develop and execute the sales strategy focused on Multilane Free Flow (MLFF) tolling solutions in the Brazilian market, aligned with company objectives and local market dynamics.
  3. Identify and pursue new MLFF business opportunities with public and private sector clients, ensuring compliance with emerging mobility trends, regulations, and customer needs.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, concessionaires, and industry partners.
  5. Lead the preparation and submission of MLFF commercial proposals, ensuring competitive bids for public tenders, RFPs, and strategic accounts.
  6. Represent Kapsch in industry forums, events, and client engagements to promote MLFF capabilities and market presence.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility, commercial viability, and smooth project handovers post-sale.
Your profile:
  1. 7+ years of experience in B2B and B2G sales, with exposure to public and private sector clients. Industries of interest include tolling, smart mobility, ITS, infrastructure tech, or related sectors.
  2. Proven success in selling complex hardware and software solutions.
  3. Experience managing commercial operations with annual revenues of €50–100 million, including tenders and long sales cycles.
  4. Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, especially Brazilian government bidding processes and concession models.
  5. Desirable: Understanding of MLFF tolling or similar systems; willingness to learn and adapt to the Brazilian MLFF environment.
  6. Ability to develop strategic relationships with government and private partners.
  7. Willingness to travel across Brazil.
  8. Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  9. Languages: Portuguese (native), English (fluent), Spanish (intermediate, preferred).
  10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
