Your responsibilities:
- Be accountable for financial objectives, including sales targets, profitability, and contribution margins of MLFF-related projects and accounts.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy focused on Multilane Free Flow (MLFF) tolling solutions in the Brazilian market, aligned with company objectives and local market dynamics.
- Identify and pursue new MLFF business opportunities with public and private sector clients, ensuring compliance with emerging mobility trends, regulations, and customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, concessionaires, and industry partners.
- Lead the preparation and submission of MLFF commercial proposals, ensuring competitive bids for public tenders, RFPs, and strategic accounts.
- Represent Kapsch in industry forums, events, and client engagements to promote MLFF capabilities and market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility, commercial viability, and smooth project handovers post-sale.
Your profile:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B and B2G sales, with exposure to public and private sector clients. Industries of interest include tolling, smart mobility, ITS, infrastructure tech, or related sectors.
- Proven success in selling complex hardware and software solutions.
- Experience managing commercial operations with annual revenues of €50–100 million, including tenders and long sales cycles.
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, especially Brazilian government bidding processes and concession models.
- Desirable: Understanding of MLFF tolling or similar systems; willingness to learn and adapt to the Brazilian MLFF environment.
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with government and private partners.
- Willingness to travel across Brazil.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Languages: Portuguese (native), English (fluent), Spanish (intermediate, preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
