About the position

As the Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global channel and alliance strategy. You will build and nurture relationships with key partners, create new revenue streams, and expand our market reach.

This position is a quota-carrying, revenue-producing role that is responsible for executing our strategy with regional nuances for the entire partner lifecycle, new partner recruitment, partner onboarding, partner revenue activation, and partner growth.

Main challenges

  • Meet assigned targets for revenues through and with channel partners;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel and alliance strategy aligned with our company s goals;
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (resellers, system integrators, MSPs, technology partners);
  • Represent the company at industry events and foster relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Drive monthly partner alignment sessions to review partners pipelines, conduct win/loss analysis, and develop account penetration strategies to identify and build new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs in the enterprise or B2B industry;
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the role of partners in complex B2B environments;
  • Experience with both traditional reseller models and cloud/SaaS partnership structures;
  • Advanced English and Spanish;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically;
  • Bachelor s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and high-pressure environments with ambitious achievement goals;
  • Autonomous, disciplined, hands-on, get-it-done mentality.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying, prospecting and managing channels and alliances in the LATAM, US, or Europe regions;
  • Experience in leadership roles in the last few years;
  • Experience in implementation projects and migrations to Cloud or SaaS models;
  • Knowledge of Solution Selling / Predictable Revenue / Winning by Design sales methodology;
  • Understanding of how TCP/IP networks work (DNS, DHCP, etc);
  • Knowledge of web architecture, streaming or systems;
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, website performance or cloud;
  • Fluent or Native English and Spanish.
